Nathan McGraw is Chief Safety and Risk Officer and Scott Wilkinson is Chief Commercial Officer.
Nathan McGraw, a seasoned aviation professional with over 30 years of experience, has spent the last 20 years with Air New Zealand in various operational roles. Most recently, he has led integrated planning for the airline and previously spent 15 years as an ATR pilot, including leading flight operations for Mount Cook Airline.
Scott Wilkinson returns to New Zealand from Qantas, where he served as Executive Manager, Digital and Direct Customer Experience. Over his decade-long tenure at Qantas, Wilkinson spearheaded major commercial initiatives aimed at revenue growth, distribution enhancement, and strengthening the airline’s loyalty programme.
Air New Zealand CEO Greg Foran emphasized the value both executives bring to the airline, highlighting their extensive industry experience.

Scott’s deep knowledge of customer experience and airline commercials will be invaluable as we continue to expand our business and strengthen our market presence. Nathan’s operational expertise, combined with his safety-first approach and cultural leadership, will play a crucial role in our ongoing commitment to safety and operational excellence,” said Mr. Foran.
Mr. McGraw will assume his new position on 31 March 2025, while Mr. Wilkinson will join in the latter half of this year.
