Explora Journeys has announced the launch of Explora Club – a new guest loyalty programme designed to reward and celebrate travellers who seek more than just a journey at sea.
Officially launching on 9 April 2025, Explora Club introduces a five-tier structure – Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond – offering a suite of curated benefits designed to elevate both the onboard and pre-journey experience. The programme marks a key milestone for the fast-growing brand, which aims to redefine luxury cruising with its refined, service-led approach. Membership status will be determined through a weighted system that multiplies nights at sea by suite category, with additional points awarded for Destination Experiences and qualifying onboard spend. Guests can earn points through areas such as Ocean Wellness, exclusive dining and beverage experiences, boutique purchases, and more.

Anna Nash, Global President of Explora Journeys said, “The launch of Explora Club marks a significant milestone in the evolution of our dynamic and rapidly growing brand. It is our way of celebrating the loyalty and trust of our guests – those who have embraced our vision from the very beginning, and those just beginning their journey with us today.”
The new programme promises a host of tier-based privileges. These range from exclusive gifts and birthday surprises to Journey Experience Credits, complimentary wellness treatments, behind-the-scenes ship tours and a week-long complimentary journey for Diamond members. Higher-tier members will also enjoy perks such as private airport transfers, dedicated assistance from the Explora Experience Centre, and priority access to new voyage collections.
Notably, Explora Club offers status matching for guests enrolled in other luxury cruise loyalty programmes, allowing new guests to enjoy tiered recognition from their first sailing. From July 2025, members will have access to a dedicated online dashboard – My Explora – providing visibility into their tier level and benefits. Past journeys will be recognised and counted towards status.
