MSC Cruises engages the trade with an aim to change perception as a part of growth plans
MSC Cruises mustered full support of the travel trade at it’s re-launch last week as it formally announced the appointment of New Zealand BDM, Alka Thapar and its aggressive growth plans in the market.
The event was hosted by Lisa Teiotu, Managing Director of MSC Cruises AU/NZ who said MSC Cruises the fastest growing cruise line globally, very well established in Europe and a leader in South America, Emirates, South Africa and expanding quickly in America.
MSC Cruises is also a leader in sustainable cruising with 3B Euros invested in three LNG powered cruise ships. The first MSC World Europe was launched in 2022 and World America that is expected to join the fleet in 2025
MSC Cruises’ premium offering ‘ Yacht Club’ was also the highlight where the ‘ship within the ship’ that offers butler service and select dining options with heighted exclusivity and privacy.
MSC Cruises’ status match program was also emphasised where loyalty members of another cruise line, hotel, or tour operator can bring their earned benefits from another loyalty program and instantly enjoy comparable (or even greater) privileges on your future MSC Cruises sailings.
